Little Venice Pilates Pre-Natal Classes
We are a small Pilates studio in the heart of Little Venice, with state of the art equipment and a beautiful, tranquil studio and garden. Little Venice Pilates offer small group pre-natal mat classes every Tuesday at 6pm and Saturday at9am with a maximum of 4 people per class. Pilates is the best exercise during pregnancy because it strengthens the most important muscles women will use during pregnancy and labour. Pre-natal pilates exercises builds abdominal, back and pelvic muscles that supports more comfortable pregnancies and deliveries. Pilates is famous for helping new mums get their figures back. Not in W9, but a short tube ride away…I have a physiotherapy and pilates clinic on Harley Street we specailise in pre and post natal pilates and have a specialist womens health physio who treats incontinence and birth injuries. This might all come in handy for a number of maida vale mums.
We are offering a speical on Pilates in Feb and March – pay for 5 classes and receive the 6th free.
We have just moved to new lovely premises at 106 Harley Street (the website being updated soon) which is quite convienient to maida vale on the bakerloo line to regents park nor is it far to drive.

Hi all i am 13 weeks pregnant and have just found out we are expecting twins! I already have a7,5, and3 year old.
When i was pregnant with my last baby i took part in an amazing aquanatal class at Jubilee sports cenre but this no longer runs and i am desperate to find a new one! Any help??
