London Doulas
Jessie here (Joseph's Mummy). Some of you may already be aware that I'm a Doula although it's been that long since I've come along to any meets I'm sure there are many that don't. Anyway I wanted to share with you my website www.londondoulas.com as I've recently added another beautiful local Doula (Sarah) and will soon be adding another (Allie). I work as a Doula myself but I'm also a Regional Rep for Doula UK and cover West, North West & North London so if anyone is looking for or knows anyone looking for support during pregnancy, labour and birth or Postnatally please feel free to get in touch by either email or phone 07856-865-297 and I'm sure I can help you find the right Doula for you. Also I'll soon be running baby massage classes in the area so please let me know if your interested in coming along.

I have a physiotherapy and pilates clinic on Harley Street we specailise in pre and post natal pilates and have a specialist womens health physio who treats incontinence and birth injuries. This might all come in handy for a number of maida vale mums.
We are offering a speical on Pilates in Feb and March - pay for 5 classes and receive the 6th free.
We have just moved to new lovely premises at 106 Harley Street (the webstie being updated soon) which is quite convienient to maida vale on the bakerloo line to regents park nor is it far to drive.

Julie Krausz
I am a YogaBirth, Active Birth and Birthlight teacher and have been teaching Pregnancy yoga and Post-natal mums and babies yoga classes for about 20 years.

I already have mums who come from W9 to my classes which are held just up the road near Queen's Park, NW6, but I am sure that it would be useful for the mums in W9 to know about my classes.

I am also a fully qualified ante-natal teacher and offer breastfeeding advice and support.
