Baby bop is a new and exciting dance class for preschool boys
and girls from 2 years. We look at many styles of dance from latin
and country to hip hop and disco and to make our classes fun for
both parent and child we only play the coolest music in town.
Baby Bopper's will bebop-a- lula down to soul, jazz, rhythm and
blues, 70's disco and some good old rock and roll.Dance is a great
way to improve co ordination, flexibility, posture, gross motor
skills, confidence and social skills, as well as having lots of
fun.

Regal Ballet
Regal Ballet has venues Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
in St John's Wood , held at St Christina's School, Church of Our
Lady and the Baptist Church. Classes start from 18 months which
is a mums and babies class, great fun for all involved! Regal
Ballet offers lessons from babies to 9 years old . Also adult
ballet on wednesday and friday mornings! A great way to get in

I have recently joined Maida vale mums group.Thank
you for the email, may I suggest an excellent class which is worth
a mention on the weekly listings. It's called Mabel's Monster's
Music and it is held every Wednesday from 10.15am to 11.00am in
the hall at the back of St.Mark's Church on Hamilton Terrace,
St. John's Wood.
I used to take my baby girl there last year and she absolutely
loved it.
It is music and interactive play for "Minor Monster's"
-under 2's. Children are all given there own instruments to play
with and the class is really well organised generally with about
15 children per class. The girl who organises it is fantastic
and all the little ones love her. I love that my daughter always
falls into a deep, contented sleep straight afterwards! Check

You'll find that a Water Babies course is very different to traditional
swimming lessons. With the main emphasis on having fun, the course
is also highly structured, with a carefully designed, progressive
lesson plan for each of the 40 weeks.

Swimming Nature
"I took my son for Swimming Nature classes when he was 6months
and he absolutely loved it. Even when he is in the bath, he tries
to swim so it definitely made an impression on him, he is 2 now.They
meet at various venues in London, however the closes to us is
at Courtneys Prochester Centre. They also have a buggy park for
